GSU’s College of Education and Human Development that include the Office of International Programs, sponsoring 9 study abroad programs per year for teachers in training, and the Center for Urban Language Teaching and Research (CULTR), a National Foreign Language Resource Center (LRC) funded by the US Department of Education Title VI grant.
