Dr. Mark Linsky

Dr. Mark Linsky serves as the Program Specialist for World Languages at the Georgia Department of Education. With expertise in multilingual education, he supports language acquisition, dual language immersion, the Georgia Seal of Biliteracy and International Skills Diploma Seal, and professional development for educators, fostering language proficiency and cultural competence across Georgia's schools.

Robin V. Cathey, Academic Professional, GSU

Robin has been an English educator in the U.S. and abroad since 2008. She was awarded a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship twice, in 2016 and 2017, to teach Roma students at secondary and university levels in Hungary. In 2018, she received an English Language Fellowship from the U.S. Department of State, working with Urdu-speaking university students in India. Robin is deeply passionate about empowering students through education, ensuring access to academic resources, and creating inclusive educational spaces.
 
Since 2022, Robin has been a dedicated Academic Professional in the Intensive English Program, where she oversees special programs, mentors pre- and in-service teachers, and provides essential student support. In 2024, she advanced to the role of Associate Director of the Intensive English Program, where she develops and implements professional and academic training programs, including grant-funded initiatives such as: The Community-Based Academic English Program in Clarkston, funded by Congressman Johnson's office; English Language Training for Ukrainian Civil Servants, funded by the U.S. Embassy Kyiv; ESL for Parents, funded by Dollar General; Teacher Training for Educators from Uzbekistan, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent; Media and Digital Literacy for Educators, funded by the U.S. Department of State. She is highly committed to working with local and international partners to provide educational opportunities for students and teachers.

Anita Ninan

Anita Ninan is a dual-licensed attorney admitted to practice in Georgia, USA & in India. She is founder & principal attorney of Ninan Legal LLC, a boutique US immigration practice law firm. She focuses her practice on advising foreign companies on all US immigration aspects of their US market entry, US nationality law and global mobility. Anita is a Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (GIACC) Board Member, former Chair & President. She also serves as Hon. Legal Advisor to the Indian Consulate General of Atlanta; Advisory Council member, Dean Rusk International Law Center, UGA Law, Athens, GA; and Georgia District Export Council (GADEC) Board member.

Dr. Evaristo Doria 

Dr. Evaristo Doria is an award-winning educator at Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, recognized with the 2023 Robinson College Business Faculty Recognition Award, the 2022 Georgia State University Instructional Innovation Award, and the 2020 Top Professor Master International Business Award. He has over 20 years of international senior executive experience at Fortune 100 companies and has co authored four books on business strategy.
