Advocating for Language Programs at your School and in your Community

Saturday, April 15, 12:20pm–1:10pm

Panelists discuss district, state, and national systems of support for world language education, as well as ways to educate students, parents, schools, and communities about the rewarding career and academic pathways open to students who study languages. The audience will walk away with tangible ideas of how to showcase student success and promote language instruction through events and programs such as the Seal of Biliteracy and the FLAG Spoken Language Contest.
